How it functions?
Step 1: Operator to be authenticated through Fingerprint Biometric System
Step 2: Main Power contactor to be switched ON for Crane Operation.
Step 3: If the Operator presses the Emergency Stop or Crane Idle more than
10 minutes, then Crane main power contactor to be cut off.
Step 4: For again to operate a crane, the operator to be authenticated
through Bio Metric System.
The users’ finger prints are enrolled using Finger Print Enroll Device.
The Receiver scans for user finger print, if it is matched, small peep
will be heard. Now, the “Switch 1” is pressed on transmitter, the
respective “Relay 1” will get activated in the receiver.
If finger print does not match, long beep occurs.
Switch 1 will be active only when finger print is matched.
A software shall be provided that will be installed in the computer
for scanning finger prints.
