EOT Crane Anti Collision Device Model HIS-ACC03: Range 03 Meter (Max) / Single Set Point Model HIS-ACC10: Range 10 Meter (Max) / Single Set Point INSTALLATION : 1. Mount the control unit on one crane. 2. Press the laser alignment Switch provided on black plate and keep It pressed. A red spot will be seen. Now align the reflector with this Red spot at the required distance on the other crane. Now release the switch. The red spot will turn OFF. You can align the reflector and control unit with this switch. This switch should be used only at the time of alignment. 3. Make sure that both the contr units should not be placed opposite to each other. 4. Connect the coil of the contactor controlling the moving crane as Shown in connection diagram above. 5. In case both the cranes are moving, install another set with reflector on the crane carrying the control unit of 1st crane and control unit on 2th crane. Install 2 units as shown below for proper working.
